We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services collectively referred to as the Services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees or a processing fee.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact info@revivamotion.com for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty days of your first purchase.
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RevivaMotion® is headquartered. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory statutory consumer rights of your country of residence may also apply.
